JOHN MWindshield wiper blade was missing, it was resolved quickly. Crack in side view mirror on driver's side ( unable to adjust) but made do. Joyce is extremely nice and very professional. I would rent from them again but would recommend always checking the vehicle before leaving the lot at any u-haul location.
LANCE SThis was an outside unpaved parking area off a dirt road, not a "location" to be deemed clean, inviting, or otherwise. I called ahead to drop off after hours and received friendly, clear directions about where to leave the trailer.

Shirley BPick up and drop off for very confusing. The truck was located in the back of the building although the sign said it was down the road. It took me quite a while to figure it out. Drop off was just as confusing because I dropped it off at the same place, but then it shows that it should been dropped off down the road, but it was full of cement trucks and I could not find the dropbox for the key. It did not look like the picture so it was kind of confusing.

Barbara ZI clearly declined the insurance coverage but the salesperson added it anyway and I did not notice until I checked the final bill and the $30 had been added. I got the impression she wasn’t really listening to me. Just wanted you to know. Normally you guys are A+ all the time but this time it was average at best.

Amelia WWhen I got the UhAul the alignment was off. They had someone come out and say the wheels just got straight. I was driving 650 miles fighting my wheel…they wasted 2 hours of my time and then tried to put me in a 20’.
Amber SI was forced to drop off at this location after-hours by U-haul after requesting to drop off at Peace Frogs. I don't know why the drop-off location changed but it was about the same distance from my house so not a big deal. However, when I went to this new location, there was a sign to drop off rental equipment around the corner. This "parking lot" was pitch black (about 7:30 PM) and I couldn't see a thing. I used my cell phone flashlight to attempt to back the trailer into an area that was against the woods and very unsafe feeling. I would not recommend this location for an after hours drop-off location because it was un-lit and NOT inviting. There was no one present to help me so I can't comment about personnel at this location.

Melissa FDon’t rent from this U haul . I was charged an extra 100 miles . The start mileage that the lady wrote on my bill was about 100 miles difference than the actual mileage. The lady was acting weird the whole time I was there in the office . This is the U haul that shares the driveway with Sears Gravel .

Laura RThis was our 3rd location because the first 2 allowed us to reserve despite not having a truck available. This location had a lightning strike and their computers were down. The associate did everything in her power to get us a truck as quick as possible. It still took an hour after arriving and the original truck we were guaranteed was not there. We still were given a truck, the correct size, that was slightly dirty in the cabin seats, but still in appropriate working condition and acceptable overall cleanliness. U-Haul allowing us to reserve trucks and then changing our pickup to 3 different locations, put us behind schedule and we were not able to keep loading and moving help as long as we needed because they had plans. This has really put a huge kink in our moving schedule. This is a problem with U-Haul reservation system, not this location.

Michael BThe nut which secures the trailer to the hitch was cross threaded on the bolt making it impossible to tighten all the way. The staff just told me to be careful. On my way home the trailer came unhitched and narrowly averted an accident. Once home I was able to use a pipe wrench to tighten it down all the way. The nut and bolt are completely useless now for the next person.

Kenneth MReally bad experience. Felt pushed out the door. Tried to get her to put in an adjustment for the mileage but she refused. My previous experience a week earlier at another location and the representative was able to make an adjustment. The pick up location is 12 miles from the house - a total 24 mile round trip at the loading location. Add another 20 mile round trip from the drop off location to the unloading location. The trip router does not take these into consideration. These are rural locations! You drive past the U-Haul places and then have to drive back! Fix this already!
