Looks like vehicle was not properly checked before giving to me. Tire air pressure was low and i filled air twice during 24 hours but message was still came back and vehicle was making irritated noice while driving

David KIt would be nice to have received clear directions ahead of time on how the check-in process works. I had to call customer service and was on hold for sometime. Thankfully, the customer service representative was able to help me and was very pleasant. But does put me behind schedule about 45 minutes because the app just isn’t clear and the customer service had it reset it or something. Not a fan.
James AThe pick up spot was in a liquor store. It was a bit difficult to find. Once I got there, the store clerk was very helpful.
CHUCK RThe truck I got smelled like someone was smoking pot in it, there were sunflower seeds and dog hair everywhere, and trash all over the interior of the truck. The truck had a serious exhaust issue and was extremely loud. I received the truck with less than 50 miles to empty and returned it well above 1/4 tank. The steering wheel was way off, so I imagine it needs an alignment. This truck needs to be taken out of commission and go in the shop. I would also like to get a clean vehicle from U-Haul. I haven't had this experience with you before and hope I don't have too again. I will be moving again in 6 months and hope that I get a better vehicle when i am ready. Please hold your employees responsible to give customers clean and safe vehicles.
Michael WThe mobile app was a little tricky to get to work. We had to keep inputting our birth date and driver's license number, which took too much time to navigate. Otherwise, all good.
KAREN PI left double the amount of fuel than I filled, but did not get reimbursed. I believe policy should be revised.

DAVID KThis location does not utilize the contact less lock box. Had to go to the counter of the store and wait for nearly 20 mins for the "right guy" to come and verify the reservation on his computer before handing over keys. App/website is not great. Kept cyclicly booting me out to main menu. Not alway clear what info is important and what is additional sales/adds. Too many addional sale attempts when booking/picking up.

Trina AMoving Helper completely inconvenienced my whole move. The movers never showed up and costed me more than expected. I’m not sure why Uhaul promotes but does not take any accountability while being the “middle man” as I was told. It was terrible.
Sereeda HFirst, I didn’t book my truck at this location. Uhaul switched it on me. Second, it’s a strip mall parking lot so not easy to maneuver. Third, the truck was filthy.

john rI had a reservation that was canceled then I scheduled another at a different time and there were no keys in the lockbox. Had to come back 12 hours later and the man fought with me. Terrible customer service. I would avoid using this location and uhaul at all costs due to this experience

John KIt was good overall, I used it last June 11th and I only used few mileage that what I expected. it’s just my only problem is I didn’t get a refund from uhaul. I waited 3 weeks now. I called the customer service and they said that I have to ask my bank about it but my bank says they didn’t received any refund from them for me so I keep trying to call them but no one would mind picking up the phone. U-haul is such a joke! And this location they told me that I will receive an email from uhaul but I never did 👎
wyra lIt would of been nice for the radio to work but not a big deal. Otherwise the process was easy.

Richard BI was overcharged for fuel. I left the vehicle full tank and I have a picture before and after. I will dispute the charges to AA card. I drove the vehicle about 12 miles.

Chris RI was great. after arriving, the place was open. I just handed over the keys to the person at the location and done. He was very nice and cooperative. The location was just several block away from my new Condo.
