BIG PROBLEMS!!! When we arrived to get the truck, you issued us a truck that didn't start. We went back into the store and the man told us that he didn't have his cell phone and couldn't call his manager. We were trying to resolve this and he would not help us! Every time a customer came in, he took care of them instead of us. After some time, he just gave us the key to another truck, which I couldn’t upload the information but finally we just took the truck because we had loaders coming in a short time. When I called U-Haul, I was put on hold for a long time and finally gave up. That was an unacceptable experience! We are VERY unhappy with U-Haul.
