The keys were not in the drop box as the app said. Had to get them from behind the counter. The floor of the cab was dirty, the left rear reverse light was out.

The charges were not what I expected. They were very expensive and not what was advertised.
TOTLYN WThe truck and the lock box were in two separate lots, the truck was by the U-Haul building, the lock box for the keys were in a gas station about a block away. Don’t have the keys so far away from the truck especially when it’s freezing cold out
