Your app is terrible, the precheck didn’t save me any time at the counter and we had to redo the reservation several times since even the employee had trouble with app. If I get overcharged because of several reservations that were made, I will be extremely frustrated but not surprised. I also called the help desk to help facilitate our issues, requested a call back, and never got one
