The location was great but I broke down on the side of the road on Saturday, august 28, 2021 and was left stranded for 10 hours before a tow truck was sent to come pick up my belongings. when i rented this truck it had a mattress in it from someone else that i had to dispose of and i returned the truck i put more gas in it and returned it with more gas than i started with and they charged me for additional gas. the website was not working when i returned and they charged me a 20 .00 fee , i do not know why. also when i rented , i was to pick up this truck at a local location ,and when i got there there were no trucks causing me to go an additional 10 miles out of may way. They did not seem to care .WALTER P.

I was rightfully advised to drop the key in the keybox and checkout. That is totally right, however what I didn't know was that I had to get info from the vehicle (pics,odometer, etc.) before I locked the vehicle to bring the key to the after hours box. Maybe alert the customers as to what they need to obtain prior to check out and locking the vehicles. Other than that, this store, owners, and staff are GREAT!MICHAEL E.

I would like to know the details of the two $35 charges on my receipt. One says fuel sales of $35 for 0.1 gallons. I returned the truck with more fuel in it than it had when I picked it up after spending $25 on fuel. The other says see below, but I don't see any details. That 26' truck rental was not serviced prior to my pick up. It was 150% out of line, meaning the alignment was off. It was not safe to drive at all. I'd like to request a refund. I was also told I could keep the rental and just pay $40 day for each additional day. Then the drop off location was calling me to return the truck. Unbelievable experienceSANDOVAL F.

The van had a dash warning light on - service the stability track. Apparently, I prior renter haul manure and the inside stunk. We had to keep the windows open at all times.Patrick B.
