Charged for 10 gallons of gas when I had returned it with more than I left with.tyler D.
It took forever to do the check in. (40min+) and it was just a very disorganized process. Also, I was charged for an upgraded safe move($29 instead of $14) and $20 for a $10 dolly. I only had the equipment for 4 hours instead of the 12hrs I reserved. The truck worked and it was clean. But I'm very hesitant to go to this location again. Especially if I'm in a hurry.Donald H.
Terrible, I was not in their u haul online system and I couldn't pick up the trailer for 2 hours. We were waiting in the parking lot the whole time.Jack P.
Confirmed (2) times with the Dayton office that I would get a 26ft truck. Upon arrival in Xenia, was told that they did not have a 26ft truck, so I took the 20ft. This caused me to make two trips instead of one. Not happy with this service!!KEN L.
Make sure you they really have a uhaul where u reservation are made so they don't make you drive 25mile both ways to get it and then charge you for mileage,it added a lot of extra miles for us ..It's not the place u have to pick it up fault but uhaul. We were disappointed on the customer service from the call center with the issues of the reservationsDiane P.

I requested a dolly and blankets to protect my furniture. Neither were provided but I was billed for them. I talked to the store and that reduction was supposed to be made. In addition I was subjected to somewhat loud Rap music while I waited not pleasant back ground music for waiting.STEVEN T.

Sadly he wasn't prepared well for my pickup they didn't save me an appliance dolly and I had to just use an utility dolly to move my washer and dryer. Along with I put the rental in my dad and my dad was the driver. He changed the contract around and made it under my dads name. The truck was beat up. No AC and the engine light was on. I had to go through check in again when I arrived even though I had checked in online. When trying to check out online the program would not upload a picture so I once again had to do that inside.GREGORY S.

I love how U-haul has turned into a side gig for businesses. Kind of a sketchy set up as it is run out of a convenience store. But the guy getting the trucks ready was cool, unless you're offended by tats. If so you should probably just stay indoors. Took a bit to get going and the gas gauge was incorrect. upon pick up with what the paper stated. However, no additional charge when I brought it back when it was filled it to the level it was actually at. All in all pretty painless.MATTHEW M.

The overall experience is sketchy. The vehicles are off site. Vehicles are not inspected upon return. Supplies I requested for have not been available. Overall, it doesn't feel like a legitimate experience or process.BRIAN A.
The U-Haul itself I had no problems with, but I dropped the truck off between 3 and 4 even though I had it until 6, but they didn't process it until 7:30, so I got charged for 2 days. Thankfully, I worked things out with Brian Patrick (Area Manager) and was able to get a refund of the extra charge, so I'm very pleased with that.Jacob P.
When we came to picked up it took us 30 minutes to even get the truck. We had to then drive and pick it up and bring it back because the person didn't even put down the mileage or the gas or anything. Plus it was filthy when we got it and had scratch marks on the side.KRISTA H.

I asked about the electric connection and he acted like he wasn't sure what I was talking about. Then another customer said there's probably a pigtail. The clerk said yes. When I got to the trailer there wasn't any pigtail so I had to go buy one for $20. I wasn't happy. When I returned the trailer and told the clerk he had no response.JULIE R.
Employee had to text his boss to find out about my order. Had to wait for them to text back and forth for 10 minutes before getting the uhaul. The padlock on the back of the vehicle does not work so we were unable to pack the vehicle and leave it unattended. It set back our moving and I wound up being charged an additional day as I was an hour later than expected. Vehicle very unsafe!! Driving straight the Steering wheel is positioned about 45 degrees off of what it should be. Vehicle very hard to keep straight over 50 mph. Vehicle only had half a tank of gas when picked up.Kellie G.

Employee seemed like they had no idea how to do a uhaul pickup and was unaware of our reservation. Trailer had noticeable dents and scratches which left us worrying about potential scam charges after drop off. Recordings were taken before we even hitched the trailer onto the truck because of how bad of shape the trailer was inBlake H.

It was not super convenient that the trucks are not located where you pay and drop off keys. The staff at the times I picked up and dropped off were really great and super helpful. It was just hard because I think their first priority (and it should have been) was operating the convenience store. It was very busy in their store so it was hard for them to take time from regular customers. But they did a great job of managing it.Nate B.
It was a convenience store, vape/head shop, crack motel, empty gravel lot. I was given a trailer number written on a paper bag and sent on my way to find the trailer a couple blocks away. No one was there with any paperwork or to verify the trailer was correct so I connected it and went on my way not knowing if It would be reported stolen because I had no written proof it was rented by me.james L.

Pick up took an hour. The person who gives the key was not at the store. The dolly was missing. Drop off was even worse. I had to make 4 phone calls during the day to uhaul and they were completely unhelpful till the last person I spoke with. Still waiting to hear from the district manager to discuss this absolute crap show. The truck itself was in fine condition and worked as intendedZachary C.
I was to call and set up my pick up for today at 10:00 am. Every time I called even after 10am today the message was "call back later, not available". When I went into the Food Mart to find out about my account and pick up. The associate on the phone was at a different location. I didn't feel like I was important to get my u-haul. They didn't have my truck at the location they had to go and pick one up around the corner. I feel they would do more business if they had actual U-haul on site.Cinda E.
You really can't drop the uhaul off at this location.... they make you go to a holding lot Down the road, drop it off then go back to the EZ Stop to drop off keys and contract...Tiffany L.

After arriving at the location and checking in on the app ,I had Togo to another location to check the outside of truck. Then having Togo back to pickup location all to find out I had Togo inside to get the key. App said key would be in key box to pick up, then waited for over an hour looking for the key. Then having Togo back to the other location once again to get truck. It should have been a easy process using the app for pick up. Still charged full price , who pays me for my time, this set me back the whole day and missed scheduled appointment that cost me money. Very unprofessional service and I would not recommend using U-Haul to anyone. We're is the process that checks to make sure our 3rd party's up up to scale , at the end of the day U-Haul is the name on the truck.Phillip C.
It was my first time using this U-Haul location and the service was very good. I reserved the truck on-line and on-site all was in order. The truck was mechanically sound, the cab was already clean but (due to covid-19) I still cleaned all surfaces and windows to military standards. I will recommend this U-Haul facility to my family or friends.Tyree S.

I made a reservation for 8am today with a request for a 8 am return tomorrow, but that was changed to a 10am pick-up with zero notification, then when I picked up the truck it was still messy inside from the last rental customer. The thing that really got to me was the text I received after leaving the rental site. It said I was signed up for a six hour rental and when I called back to the store to clear up the matter, I was told that was all that could allow me because the truck had another commitment at 4pm. After much questioning by myself, the owner of the shop said she could extend the rental to 9pm, lie she was doing me a favor. I asked her if that was their standard procedure and she said that that had a large demand and a small number of trucks. I have never been told that the amount of time I would have a truck would be anything other than the time I initially agreed upon. They were still going to charge me a full day fare for just the 6 hours and I'm sure they would have charged the other customer another full fair for the second half of the day. Since when is that how trucks are rented now? I think it is fraud at the max.donald F.
