Manager was helpful and knowledgeable when he arrived, but I had to wait an hour outside the gate (along with on the clock unloading service labor) after the posted 9:00 open time before I could gain initial access to the storage space that reserved on-line the prior week.

I was told my reservation was for a completely different location. Then I finally make it to the correct one and the key was in the wrong drop box and I was given the wrong code for it. I had to wait close to 10 minutes in the freezing rain trying to get assistance so I could pick it up.

I ordered 20 furniture pads/blankets and, though I was charged for them, those pads were not in the truck. Please remove that charge from my invoice.

The only problem was it took me about 2 hours to get the truck using the 24/7. I had to call the 800 number for some help cause the combination lock code wouldn't open the lock. I ended calling about 3 times waiting over 15 mins each time to speak with someone. Finally the last person was really helpful who ended up calling a technician out, who I had to wait 30 mins for. He couldn't open the lock Either and he finally cut me a new key for the truck so I could get on my way!!! He was great and very helpful.

My pick-up destination was changed to another one and no one called me to let me know. I did received an email but I didn't check my emails before leaving to go and get the truck so I went to the wrong location and there was no one at that location and I tried to call the number and no one answered. If this location was not operating then it shouldn't have been on the list to pick.

I am highly upset!!! First off the guy walked out and looked at the trailer before we left and said we were good to go no more than 1 hour after we had the trailer the tire kept going flat we have stopped over 4 times to put air in the tire and so I have been trying to contact the uhaul none answers so the tire blew out 3 hours ago!!! And we have been sitting here wiaitng on assistance !!! I am pissed my dad has heart issues along with other health problems!!! So it is taking over 3 hours for help to come so I will say this if we have any issues refarsign this breakdown I will be contacting my attorney because when I pay for something I expect matters to be handled accordingly because I paid for insurance it shouldn't take someone this long to come help so I want my money back because at this point this trailer is about to be stopped off at any uhaul this is ridiculous I've by far had the worst experience with this company and will no longer do business with you'll if this happens when you experience issues with a vehicle i will not be spending my money anymore this process takes to long and is ridiculous I've never experienced something like this

The location was fine, the truck was in good shape but the experience of the automated pickup via the uhaul website/app was terrible. I'd have rather dealt with an I'll tempered agent than the app. It would have been less tedious and more efficient.

I was dropping it off Sunday morning, and didn't know that I had several steps to do before returning the truck. Which included creating a profile. I thought all I had to do was park the truck and drop the keys in a box.

My reservation was at Pronto Pawn. I show up there and they no longer do U-haul. I had to find another place. I was .3 of a mile from another U-haul before I was able to talk to a person. The person I talked to said that I had been contacted and been notified of the change. I had not, so someone had lied. Very poor experience, U Haul.

Old guy who was working there didn't give me the code to open the gate when I was dropping the truck even tho he knew he will be gone by the time i return the truck. I had to wait 45 minutes to call all over the u-haul office in mobile to finally let me drop the truck outside because none of them know the code to open the gate and I had other important work that i missed that day because of that stupid guy

This location was good, but the app/online portion for trying to turn the truck in was a horrible experience. It took me around an hour and a half and still didn't get to finish it. The app took too long to sign in to, once I got signed in and finished the process it charged me double the amount. Then it wouldn't let me pull it up and had the same contract number for something completely different.

On the road I called the number printed on my receipt several times. Answering machine said voice mail was full. I had a question and could not get anyone to answer. Very frustrating. EZ Stor All was fine and man that I picked up the truck from was nice.

1. Inside of trailer was dirty, when I picked it up! 2. While towing, cap on brake reservoir came off the trailer tongue. This caused the brakes to engage on the trailer! Further causing the trailer to come unhitched from my pickup truck. Safety chains kept the trailer from detaching from my truck, saving the trailer and those in cars around me. Although the trailer was saved (along from anyone else becoming involved), proper maintence of the trailer by Uhaul would have avoided this almost castrophic event!
