I dropped the truck off during off-hours. I used the app, and the process was straight-forward. The only difficulty was where I parked it, the driver's side of the truck was 5 feet from a fence, making it difficult to take a picture of the driver's side of the truck. If anything, I should have taken the picture before I dropped it off.
Kevin SExplained when dropping off the equipment that the milage showed 248 miles used. Impossible in 3 hours. He just sat there and stated oh i'll check it later. I found that when picking up the equipment that 2 of the numbers were flipped giving me an inaccurate number.
