Picking up the U-Haul truck was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. The process was scary (the location was very sketching) frustrating, chaotic, and far more stressful than it ever should have been, adding unnecessary anxiety to an already demanding day. The sole saving grace of the entire experience was the exceptional phone representative who stepped in to help. She was extraordinarily patient, kind, and deeply empathetic to how scary and unsettling the situation was, particularly given the isolated location of the trucks. She stayed on the line for nearly 45 minutes, calmly guiding me step-by-step until everything was resolved. Her outstanding support was the only positive part of an otherwise terrible experience.
