Maybe friendlier staff at the pickup location
DAVID GThe office was dirty, the parking lot is littered with GIANT potholes and difficult to maneuver. The uhaul was dirty, and had some wet mud inside. We had to sweep and mop the floors and wipe the walls before loading. I would not recommend this location.
Elyse SThe UHaul customer service was excellent over the phone but the pickup location was not. Although they were nice they were completely unorganized. No one was there when I came to get my truck. It took me 45 minutes past my pickup time to get my truck. Then I also ordered a dolly to help with moving and they did not have it in truck. If I hadn’t checked for it I would’ve left without one. They did not have a UHaul dolly so they have to lend me one of their shop dolly’s. The parking lot was so flooded with water it was impossible to not get mud in the truck during pickup or drop off. Again the location was nice but it was not a good experience in an already stressful situation.

CARLOS RThis location was good to help out last minute. I had trouble with the place I was scheduled to pick up the truck and was directed to this location as an alternative. For the location the only thing I would state is that I could have used help to load and secure my vehicle on the auto transport trailer. My feedback is more about the overall experience rather than this location. My original pick up was 5.5 miles then switched to another location which was 19 miles from home from there I had to drive another 40 miles in order to secure the vehicle and trailer.
Mark HMy last U-Haul rental at a different location, we were left to figure things out on our own. This location helped jack the trailer up so we could get it on the hitch and helped make sure everything was hooked up properly and working! Highly recommend!

JEFFREY KI know the truck had just come and it had been raining but the ramp was covered with dog crap when we pulled it out. A little on the floor too but not as bad as the ramp. We had to clean it before we used it. Otherwise ok. I like doing everything on the app. That works well.

TONI-ANN MThe Equipment was clean, unfortunately there was cold weather and the battery went bad and had to be replaced. The service call to help line was very helpful and expeditious and even called back to ensure everything was ok. The repair man was very helpful and considerate. Overall given the circumstances they did an exceptional job in customer service which is refreshing. I will definitely use U-Haul equipment again.

AARON TI had to call corporate to get my trailer removed from my rentals five hours after check in. I was disappointed at the check in process and the business is primarily a garage for auto repair. U-Haul is the secondary business.
MICHAEL MWas charged over two hundred dollars for a two day rental on a local van and only drove 170 miles.. they will charge your card whatever they want without saying anything to you.
CARROLL MBoth location was fine. The whole experience wasn't smooth sailing. My choice of drop-off location decided to refuse the drop-off and gave me a number to call. I have to make a decision on the side of the road as to where to drop-off. Then a few days later, I received an email that uhaul has been trying to contact me on returning the equipment. According to my receipt uhaul has my cell, my wife cell, and my email address on record and no one has call or email about the returning issue. I might have to rethink my decision the next time I need a rental.
Duc NThis place is operated by unfriendly people that do not care about Uhaul rentals and it is evident in their treatment of customers. The equipment is parked in high grass and mud and you cannot check out anything without getting really dirty. I had to air up the tires on my trailer as it only had 20 pounds in both tires, when rated pressure was 65 psi! The people and place are very disorganized and inconsistent in their operation. I returned the trailer after operating hours as agreed and was charged for an extra day rental and insurance. Last week, I rented the exact same trailer and was charged for one day. I was not given a copy of any paperwork and did not sign anything the first week and was given one piece of paper on the second. The guy "helping" was rude and not helpful. The trailer was dirty both times and the trailer coupler was bent, so the coupler lock was not operational. When I pointed this out to the woman in charge, she did not care in the least. I WILL NOT BE RENTING FROM UHAUL AGAIN!!

FSB AUTO PROVIDED RUDE SERVICE FROM A FOREIGN PERSON WHO REFUSED TO SPEAK GOOD ENGLISH.,,I WAS GIVEN A VEHICLE WITH SHOTTY BRAKES THAT ALMOST MADE ME GET INTO AN ACCIDENT…I REPORTED THE VEHICLE BRAKE PROBLEM..I WAS NOT TAKEN SERIOUSLY. I WAS NOT OFFERED A REFUND. THEY PURPOSELY LET PEOPLE RENT OUT DANGEROUS TRUCKS FOR PROFIT !!! STAY AWAY FROM THESE FOREIGN CROOKS!!!

Donna SMy experience was beyond terrible and extremely frustrating. I reserved a large truck in Bay City texas. When I arrived no truck was available. I had to reserve a truck in Lake Jackson Texas. When I arrived the large truck I requested was not available so I was given a mid size truck which double my moving time causing 2 trips instead of 1. Also double my miles driven which resulted in extra cost.

CHRIS VFriendlier customer service. The employee at the counter was rude, inpatient and pushy. I walked in not having an idea of what to expect with the mobile check-in. While the employee gave me instructions on what to do, I was having a hard time connecting to the location on my phone or understanding what I needed to do. The employee made an adjustment to get my check-in moving along, but the employee told me in front of other customers that she could tell I was struggling and I felt like I was being talked down to. I have rented a U-Haul truck before, but never done the mobile check-in before and wasn't sure what to expect. Things were moving quicker than expected and I felt the employee was rude and pushy toward me.
Jake DMy truck was very dirty, hadn’t been washed in awhile, I cleaned the cup holders before I would use them, the side of the seats was covered with dog hair, the truck overall was just nasty. The floor at was the only clean thing in that truck.. very disappointed. The lady that runs the place was easy to work with and very helpful
