How U-Haul Reviews WorkThey are always wonderful
Beth VThe only issue I had was the return office was closed and my phone(old phone) I couldn’t do the return … had to call the service number which was very helpful in sending me an email
VERONICA RWent to go enter the mileage at drop-off, and when I submitted, it kept saying the mileage was lower than when I started the rent. Not sure the disconnect there. I was unable to complete the drop off through the app. Nothing major but I feel like the mobile pick up and drop off could improve.
Michael JVery easy drop off during business hours. Staff was quite friendly and made it quite straightforward.
