It took so long to be able to physically initially pickup the truck that the person told us to bring the return the truck to the new location at a quarter of a tank (which is where it was when we got it) and the gas was on them. And now we are being billed for the gas, adding more trouble to the trouble we already had to deal with.

Fuel was at half tank on pick up. Bed of truck was not swept clean. Initial pick up location deferred me to Flagship Dr which they should have went to pick up and relocate if no one could be in office at time of pick up at Flagship Dr. Drop off location (Joan Ave) did not have anyone on site for return, and I returned it a day early, on Friday, during normal working hours. So, they probably did not receive in as early return, therefore I more than likely did not credited for returning early. With that said, I had no way to validate that vehicle was returned with more fuel than received.

First of all, the reservation was done for different location initially. Uhaul changed it to this location. Location was sketchy and not open upon arrival. Once picking up the truck, the equipment requested was not there. Lastly, upon returning the truck at the correct time. The owner over charged me a extra day. The amount of dissatisfaction and frustration is at another level.

It should be clearly noted on the website that NOONE will be there to assist you and you MUSt use the Share app. And there isn't even a number to call posted - you can barely tell which office it is because it houses several other businesses in the same location. Also I did NOT want the $30 Safe Move and when I had to set up the Share account it added it to my original reservation which I did not have and didn't realize until after. This is was very frustrating experience and I won't use this location again, event though it is closest.

Had made a reservation in the Wesley Chapel office to pick up a truck at 9am and, when we got there, we found out that the person who we spoke with to make the reservation had made a mistake and set the reservation at 9pm instead of 9am. We were offered no solution except going all the way to Tampa to pickup another truck since they didn’t have one available because of their mistake. The cherry on top is that we went to Tampa for them to tell us that they didn’t have any truck available and that we had to go to Lutz to pick one up there. You guys had us running around looking for a truck when it was your own mistake from the start.

Worst experience ever!! Got to Pick up location, location locked, no one there (even though arrived during normal Business hours). Did receive a call from unknown number 10 minutes before pick-up time, but caller did not leave any message. When called number on reservation, the person I spoke with was rude, complained that I rejected her call. Went through rental registration process, had to continually correct her as she did not seem to have the proper rental information at times. Finally got into Truck and gas was almost empty. Never received any confirmation of Truck condition and fuel level. Would never accept a truck from this location in the future (original rental was booked at a different location).

When U-Haul assigned this pick-up location to me I Googled them and found that the company that runs this U-Haul franchise is an accounting firm that prepares Income Tax Returns. That didn't seem right to me and prompted me to drive there a day ahead of my formal rental date to make sure they are legit. It turned out that they did have two U-Haul trucks in the parking lot and I was also able to talk to the manager there who confirmed my reservation for the next day. When I picked up the truck the next day the manager helped me get settled and all was fine. In summary, the rental was fine but I am deducting one star because an accounting firm is an unlikely location for renting U-Haul trucks.

Address on Google does not match actual location. Personnel was not helpful and looked like she has never interacted with the equipment, she needed me to tell her how to take the trailer off. I would not recommend this location to someone who has not ever used Uhaul, especially for pick up because I am not confident that equipment could be connected safely.

Was told after hours drop off was ok. When I performed drop off after hours, I walked through the process online and finished it and told to drop the keys in the drop off box. The problem was the box was locked. No way to drop off keys. 30 minutes on hold waiting for customer support only to be told I should come back during business hours.
