We reserved an appliance dolly along with trailer in advance. Went to pick up and did not have appliance dolly. No big deal to her but we had appliances to get up 3 floors on Friday afternoon. She didn’t offer to try to locate one either. Went to return appliance trailer we had to pickup from another location and she didn’t want to bother giving receipt. Would email us later.... No. Will never rent from them. Awful service!

I was unable to do the mobile pick up and it was after hours. There weee a few men working and one called the lady responsible for rentals and she talked him through the agreement. Great customer service

Friendly staff but it took over 45 minutes to get the truck rented due to waiting on different things happening around the shop and interruptions. The back of the truck was not cleaned out before we used it, which we cleaned once we got it to the location we were moving. I would recommend this location because the people were very nice, you just might have to wait for a bit to get it rented.

it is a 24 hour drop off. the first one i pick was at old shell road, closer to the university, but they were close sunday and the gate is locked. so huntsville folk change it to this place, and we follow instruction of drop off. no problem. everything went smoothly.

There was a lot of hay in the back of the trailer from the previous renter, and they never offered to help us attach the trailer, instead they just said, "Alright it's around the side of the building."

i was originally scheduled to pick up my trailer at a different location but when they pulled up my order, it had been cancelled, I was then instructed to pick up my trailer at the Fadellas. When I arrived, the person that handled the uhaul rental had left and I had to wait for her to come back. When I hooked the trailer to my truck, I checked to make sure that the lights worked. I was surprised to find that the tail lights did not work but all the other lights worked (brake, turn signals and emergency). By this time, the office had closed so I took the trailer anyway,

The woman that helped me was rude. She was not there at the time I showed up to pick up my equipment and I was sent away to wait for 30 minutes. I had to visit 4 locations to get my equipment, expect an email to corporate to explain my issue.

It could not have been a better experience. Agent was curtious, efficient and entirely professional. The truck ran perfectly, was clean, and got our job done with minimal effort on our part. I shall rent there again!

I had to wait 3 hours to get someone to assist me in doing my uhaul paperwork. The owner of the shop would not even talk to me. He said he didn't do the uhaul his secretary did it. I attempted to ask questions he would walk away and ignore me. This was unacceptable service and should be refunded for this kind of trouble. I had to pay movers to wait on me 3 hours.

On a Friday, we were promised a vehicle at a certain time. When we got there - no vehicle available. Staff very unprofessional. But, U-Haul did get us another truck within a short period of time, and a discount. However they did not give us a paper receipt-told us it would be emailed to us and we have not received it yet (picked up truck Friday and as of Monday no receipt has been emailed). We also had to call to get a drop off location (since it was out of town) which was then texted to us. Just a little bit too much of a hastle picking the truck up. Also would have preferred a location closer to our house. My husband called U-haul and spoke to a lady who was very helpful and courteous (unlike the pick up location).

Make sure that the truck is clean when rented out. The back of our truck had something solidified and sticky on the floor of the truck bed and we almost got charged at the other end for bringing back a dirty truck. The stuff was so hard it could not even be scraped out. Cab was dirty also.

Person checking out the uhaul trailer was admittedly inexperienced with the process. Even though we had completed all aspects of the rental online it was a lengthy effort to get the trailer rented at the point of pickup.

They were having a slight problem booking the equipment via your software. It took three tries which included three credit card swipes. Uhaul should make sure all rental locations have updated and operational software. These guys did a great job with what they could control.

THE ONLY THING WE DID NOT HAVE WAS 6 MOVING BLANKETS. WE HAD ADDITIONALLY ORDERED 6 BLANKETS UPON PICKUP. BUT THEY WERE NOT ON THE TRUCK. WE DID NOT REALIZE THIS UNTIL WE REACHED OUR DESTINATION. WE WERE NOT BILLED FOR THESE 6 BLANKETS.

Only customer picking up truck, only one truck, and clerk was 30 minutes late. I was over an hour before we finally pulled out with the truck. Again we were the only ones at the location.

They did not assist nor offer to assist in hooking up the trailer to my truck. My truck was extending 1/4 of the way into a fairly busy road due to the location of the trailer. The trailer was not safe for use. The trailer should not have been rented. The top speed while in tow was 44 mph. After 44 mph, the trailer would sway out of control (unloaded & loaded). I had to travel 355 miles at 44 mph. The rear door on the trailer continued getting jammed once fully opened. THIS WAS AN ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

The trailer's light attachment was about an inch long. The guy hooked it up for me but told me that my 12 inch attachment from my car was not long enough. I asked him what to do and he said I don't know. I drove across 3 states with no tail lights. I was terrified that I was going to get rear ended. I wasn't upset until I arrived at the drop off location where the gentleman informed me that it was unsafe and that he should have made it work with an additional piece. I am very unhappy about the neglect for safety on this particular uhaul distributor in mobile, al.

I rented the truck on the 26 of Oct at 5.30PM and retern it on the 27 of Oct at 5.45 Pm and I got charged for 4 days that is not right at all, I need someone to call me at 386-689-5654 and resolve the issue please.

The pick up was, in all honesty, a very frustrating experience. I was told that the rental would be available after 2:30 and I was very specific as to the time I would pick up (4:00). I used the on-line process to complete as much of the pick up procedure as possible, but when I got to the location, I was told that the person who does the rentals had gone for the day and that no one else there really knew how to complete the process but that they would do the best they could. One hour later I was finally on my way after having one credit card declined (there are currently no charges on the card and I immediately used it somewhere else,successfully, to test it) and having my debit card charged, credited and recharged. I realize that the gentlemen were doing the best they could and they were all very kind and respectful, but it does seem as if more than one person should be completely trained to handle this type of transaction when the "regular" person is not available. If I am in need of a truck again, I will ask not to be sent to this site for pick up based on this experience.
