John ThoreenAlthough I did not notice when I picked up the uhaul because I was in the drivers side, when we did look on the passengers side there was peices of cat food all over it and a dog toy. I had to clean the previous users cat food to avoid being charged for it myself.

Nicholas JacksonWe reserved an appliance dolly along with trailer in advance. Went to pick up and did not have appliance dolly. No big deal to her but we had appliances to get up 3 floors on Friday afternoon. She didn’t offer to try to locate one either. Went to return appliance trailer we had to pickup from another location and she didn’t want to bother giving receipt. Would email us later.... No. Will never rent from them. Awful service!

Kristi McCombsFriendly staff but it took over 45 minutes to get the truck rented due to waiting on different things happening around the shop and interruptions. The back of the truck was not cleaned out before we used it, which we cleaned once we got it to the location we were moving. I would recommend this location because the people were very nice, you just might have to wait for a bit to get it rented.

Jeremy Walshit is a 24 hour drop off. the first one i pick was at old shell road, closer to the university, but they were close sunday and the gate is locked. so huntsville folk change it to this place, and we follow instruction of drop off. no problem. everything went smoothly.

RANDY ZECHAi was originally scheduled to pick up my trailer at a different location but when they pulled up my order, it had been cancelled, I was then instructed to pick up my trailer at the Fadellas. When I arrived, the person that handled the uhaul rental had left and I had to wait for her to come back. When I hooked the trailer to my truck, I checked to make sure that the lights worked. I was surprised to find that the tail lights did not work but all the other lights worked (brake, turn signals and emergency). By this time, the office had closed so I took the trailer anyway,
Jose I. OrtizThe woman that helped me was rude. She was not there at the time I showed up to pick up my equipment and I was sent away to wait for 30 minutes. I had to visit 4 locations to get my equipment, expect an email to corporate to explain my issue.

William TateI had to wait 3 hours to get someone to assist me in doing my uhaul paperwork. The owner of the shop would not even talk to me. He said he didn't do the uhaul his secretary did it. I attempted to ask questions he would walk away and ignore me. This was unacceptable service and should be refunded for this kind of trouble. I had to pay movers to wait on me 3 hours.

kevin smithOn a Friday, we were promised a vehicle at a certain time. When we got there - no vehicle available. Staff very unprofessional. But, U-Haul did get us another truck within a short period of time, and a discount. However they did not give us a paper receipt-told us it would be emailed to us and we have not received it yet (picked up truck Friday and as of Monday no receipt has been emailed). We also had to call to get a drop off location (since it was out of town) which was then texted to us. Just a little bit too much of a hastle picking the truck up. Also would have preferred a location closer to our house. My husband called U-haul and spoke to a lady who was very helpful and courteous (unlike the pick up location).

ANTHONY KENDALLMake sure that the truck is clean when rented out. The back of our truck had something solidified and sticky on the floor of the truck bed and we almost got charged at the other end for bringing back a dirty truck. The stuff was so hard it could not even be scraped out. Cab was dirty also.

Robert BarrowThey were having a slight problem booking the equipment via your software. It took three tries which included three credit card swipes. Uhaul should make sure all rental locations have updated and operational software. These guys did a great job with what they could control.
VICTOR COHENTHE ONLY THING WE DID NOT HAVE WAS 6 MOVING BLANKETS. WE HAD ADDITIONALLY ORDERED 6 BLANKETS UPON PICKUP. BUT THEY WERE NOT ON THE TRUCK. WE DID NOT REALIZE THIS UNTIL WE REACHED OUR DESTINATION. WE WERE NOT BILLED FOR THESE 6 BLANKETS.
