Fix your app! It was disgusting. Took about 45 minutes even with customer service on the line to pick it up. When I called support I was pasted around had lost connections and had to upload pictures to a email to send to your customer service because the app would not upload the pictures I took of the truck within the app. Returning it was just as bad of an experience. Not as simple as I was lead to believe. Worst experience i ever had renting a truck. When I need one again I will never use the U-Haul app!!!

CHARLES MThe truck was dirty in the cab as well as the cargo area. I had trouble giving out what to do because the business was closed on Saturday. And I only used it for a couple hours and not 24 hours . Which should not have cost as much as over night . I will definitely find another way to move next time .
