This review is about U-haul, NOT the pick up location! I had ordered a 6 X 12 open trailer for my move and what uhaul decided I was to get was a 6 X 12 enclosed. I was unaware that according to the uhaul rep (and hung up on me) I spoke on the morning of Feb 1, I was not allowed to use the open trailer because they were ONLY for local use. I read the ad later and this is what it says "The 6x12 open trailer rentals are perfect for larger, local in-town deliveries and home-improvement needs." it does NOT SAY that it's ONLY RENTED FOR LOCAL USE. Uhaul screwed me over. The woman at the pick up location had no clue as to what was going on and there was no one there to help me hook it up to my truck, so I had to wait for help. It cost me almost 2 hours with that BS! On top of everything else that trailer was filthy inside and out. I think that I should be reimbursed at least 50% of the $$charges$$ for the aggravation and my time. FYI, back on Jan 22 I had issues when I rented a truck.

HIEU NGood morning guys, but the language barrier was a little challenging, the app was not working well which had nothing to do with the location 1800 number line was backed up for over an hour which I had to call to check out since the app wasn't working. Also, the location listed moving blankets which I ordered, but they didn't have anyone I got there.

TIMOTHY DI had to take 5 pictures and the process to do so was not easy. It didn't show me on each frame what to take a picture of I had to back out after each pic. To see what the next picture needed to be and then I had to get back out in the heat again to take another picture to show the location of the trailer for the next customer? That is none of my concern I don't get a paycheck from U-Haul, why do I need to take a picture for the next customer?
