Good morning guys, but the language barrier was a little challenging, the app was not working well which had nothing to do with the location 1800 number line was backed up for over an hour which I had to call to check out since the app wasn't working. Also, the location listed moving blankets which I ordered, but they didn't have anyone I got there.
Brandon GEverything was great the owner was very helpful! Can't say enough of how understanding, and just straight up Cool the whole interaction was!
TIMOTHY DI had to take 5 pictures and the process to do so was not easy. It didn't show me on each frame what to take a picture of I had to back out after each pic. To see what the next picture needed to be and then I had to get back out in the heat again to take another picture to show the location of the trailer for the next customer? That is none of my concern I don't get a paycheck from U-Haul, why do I need to take a picture for the next customer?
