ESTHER CSmooth pickup/return experience using app after hours. Please be aware there is very little cell signal in the area, and aside from a light on the outside of the building, it is very dark at night. Also dirt lot so it could be very muddy if raining.

Jessica CThis was a self drop off location and I was not informed that no one would be there to assist in taking the 1,900 lb trailer off of my hitch. It was raining and i was expected to drop the trailer in a muddy field. I was not prepared for this and told i could go to a staffed location which was many miles away. I could have just returned it to my pick up locations given the distance i had to drive to return it. Very very upset at the way UHaul handled my one-way return. Not to mention the cost of this trailer cost 70% more than when i rented the same size in mid October... Aweful experience and I likely will not rent from UHaul again.

George GOnly problem was the location over 20 miles away from the destination.
WALTER RThe rear sliding door was broken, it took everything I had to open it. Upon loading the truck the sliding door fell down on the equipment we were loading. Luckily it didn’t break and no one was hurt. There was a 2x4 laying inside to support the broken sliding door. This was a huge safety issue. The windshield wipers were in bad shape and inside of the windshield was dirty.

ALYSON SIt says to not block the establishment or roadways, however the front lot is tight for a 20' truck to fit in without going off the gravel. If it is meant for the trucks to be parked in the rear yard that should be clearly marked.

JOSEPH GOverall great experience renting a U-Haul from this location. Every time I tried to rent one online, I was being sent miles away to pick it up. So much easier to just go get it in person, and they were very friendly and helpful. Thank you. Moving is stressful enough!

MICHAEL CI didn't get his name,but he was so kind so helpful and apologetic. We were unable to find a drop off that would take the rental trailer locally. His was the closest drop-off we could find. He made a frustrating experience much better.

JEFFREY SWe arrived at the Shell Station at 8 Dupont Blvd and there was no U-Haul available. We were re-routed to Faiths Hair Design, which we were not informed didn't open till 10am, and it was a little after 9. The gentleman happened to live next door to the location, so he came over early to check us in. the U Haul we picked up had the low fuel light on, so we immediately had to find a gas station. Overall, these delays put us 1.5 hours behind schedule to take our daughter to college.

CHRISTOPHER PGentleman was kind but the truck was disgusting inside the cabin and the back. Gentleman offered a “newer truck” once the one I took was brought forward but being in a rush I didn’t think anything of it. About an hour into my trip the truck started having issues. Uhual safe expensive, having to deal with a dirty truck you have to clean yourself and mechanical issues is just uncalled for.

Larry PWhen I arrived to pickup the truck the extra equipment was not with the truck. I had to return the next morning to pickup the dolly and blankets which was very inconvenient. The owner solved the problem quickly however it was something that could have been easily avoided.
