I would not recommend U-Haul to anyone regarding the fact I was quoted 19.95/day for the rental rate for a cargo van. When I received my bill in my e-mail I had been charged 89.00/day. This is misrepresentation and fraud. The van even has 19.95/day posted on it. I went over 100 miles so my mileage should have dropped to .029 a mile. My total charge should have been 54.01 with all the taxes and environmental fees. I would strongly advise anyone who wants to rent U-Haul equipment not too. Also, I called the U-Haul number and was on hold for over 45 mins. I was supposed to be transferred to a manager and after another 17 min hold got a representative again. The names of these representatives are Denise and Shaniese. This is a disgrace and I am posting on Facebook and Twitter accounts my horrible experience with U-Haul.

Uhaul truck was clean, but truck needed a major alignment. Truck also had very dim headlights making night time driving dangerous. Windows fogged up at one point, used wind shield wipers to clear window and they streaked horribly and made my already poor vision even worse.
