The person working the register said just drop off the keys and I can check in the vehicle later. After hours I received the receipt for the rental, and he charged me 64$ for dmg/missing equip. What is that? The vehicle was identical when dropped off as it was when it was picked up, and I have video of both places and condition. He arbitrarily charged me for a generic problem to intentionally and fraudulently get money from the transaction. I still have the video of both locations showing no change in vehicle status. His contract with U-Haul should be terminated if this is a constant charge made by him which I suspect it is!

The rep was very nice and wanted to be helpful. I appreciate that this place is sort of a "satellite" location, but I really needed the moving pads I ordered and instead of two dozen, I got THREE! That didn't help much and made this a serious pain in the butt. I had time constraints and no options but to use household items for protection and it really didn't work. I'm not happy about that at all. The truck was great and all else worked well.

BENJAMIN MNot sure if the lockbox for key drop off has a time code for dropping off keys or if when the attendant notices the truck is returned, but either way I was billed for 1 extra day. According to my billing statement I was 20 minutes late for my return on Christmas day. Dec 25th. This is ridiculous.
