I have used U-Haul service Over half a dozen times in my life and this has been the best. it was the cleanest truck I’ve ever rented and the pick up process was awesome and the drop off was super easy! my only gripe was that the app is horrible! Every time I try to verify with a code, it said the service was an error.! Even with the useless app, I would highly recommend U-Haul. Especially from the place, I picked up at.

My location of pick up was changed at the last minute. The place where I picked it up had zero moving supplies. The truck was filthy. The interior was full of mud. I had to spend an hour cleaning it just to be able to stand to drive it. I know that nothing will come of my comment, but hopefully someone in management will take notice and improve.
