my reservation for a26'trck and car trailer was cancelled without any calls or notification. I think this very poor way to treat your customers. I see now why UHAUL has a bad reputation. I would like to continue using UHAUL just for the convenience, but the way I was treated makes me question doing it. Thank You Robert Harthan.

Bruce ROverall the vehicle ran well. However. I ran into a snowstorm on the way back, and almost had an accident because the windshield wipers were VERY POOR QUALITY. I specifically asked when the last time all safety equipment was checked. I was reassured it was recent. So. Either that was a lie, or they KNEW those windshield wipers DID NOT WORK! If something would have happened to me, my family would have sued your company to the damn Stone Age. Stop thinking about money, START THINKING ABOUT THE SAFETY OF YOUR CUSTOMERS WHO HELP YOUR COMPANY STAY IN BUSINESS

MARK PWell, I had such good referrals to this location. When I reserved the truck over the phone the woman was very kind and helpful. However, when I picked up the truck, the young man was not interested in his job that day. He was quite rude and short with me. The truck was also not in the condition I was expecting when I picked it up.

Richard RLike every time I use Uhaul the people are great, the equipment performs very well. And their Logistics SUCKS! You never know where you will pick it up. You reserved one storage location, then you show up and somehow "your reservations somehow changed and now. It's somewhere else. I had to got to Public Storage to rent 2 storage units because the one in Colorado Springs jacked up my reservation. Again, Falcon people were amazing, the equipment was great. But somehow my drop off location changed from Gillette to Casper. But once in Gillette they got it right. CRAZY!

Misty HI needed a 6X12 utility trailer. I rented a 6X12 utility trailer. When I tried to load I found that the ramp was 5' as was the opening. The trailer was useless for my needs, and I wasted my money.

JUAN LIt was the least user-friendly experience ever. I was never told prior that you have to be right on time to get your truck or you'll be stuck in a parking lot in the middle of the night with a customer service line that has a 40 minute wait time (and is extremely unfriendly) and a uhaul app that takes another 30 minutes to process every requirement it has. Returned with more gas than I got it with and swept out the truck perfectly. The sign inside says you'll get a $25 refund if you do so, that didn't happen. Truck rental was the most stressful part of my entire move.

LEE CNo one answers the phone, no one returns calls, no one is at the office during business hours. I scheduled a tralier for pickup. Went there at the scheduled pickup time and was told that I needed to find someone to help me. No info on where this person might be or why I, as the customer, have to conduct a search in order to get the trailer I scheduled for pickup. When I returned to drop off the trailer during business hours no one was there and the office was locked. Called the phone number and no answer - just the answering machine. This is typical of this store and I do not know why. There are new things called cell phones. Why not have the number forwarded so that someone can be reached at all times? There are also radios which are pretty cheap that the main office could use to contact the others on grounds. When the customer is obligated to a schedule - it is the company's responsibility to be there to accommodate.
DAVID HMy issue is not with the personnel. I used the app to check in and return. The issue was no good cellular service so it took 35 minutes to return the truck using the app. I will only use this location if I work with an actual person.

Thom OFalcon Storage was absolutely excellent. Nice, small shop with friendly staff. HOWEVER, the process on the UHAUL side was ridiculously awful. ZERO STARS. I book a spot to pick up near my home, and the day beforehand they reschedule my pickup across town, 30 minutes away. I get there, wait 60 minutes, and there's no trailer available. So I then have to drive 30 more minutes... BACK THE WAY I CAME... to pick up my trailer. UHAUL main scheduling wasted over two hours of my moving day because the system can't figure out where there's an available trailer. If there was more available inventory on standby, there would be more flexibility during times when the unexpected happens (like people not turning in a trailer on time). The min/maxing "optimization" used by UHAUL actually makes everything worse. Build more redundancy in your system. Otherwise it's efficiency at the sake of efficacy.
