She was great, even though again, Uhaul was an issue with the system being down.

Everything was fine
Debralee LThe man at the counter didn't know anything about renting out equipment. He called his nephew and the nephew sent me links to complete the rental. There was another person there to pick up a trailer. I assisted her and hooked up her trailer. She assisted me to hook up mine. I connected all the cables and harnesses on both.
John HHusband set up everything with wife picking up. Employee at location removed husband from account and didn't know anything about the trailer. Only had two tie down straps when needed four for a cross state move. Locations need people better trained to deal with Uhaul customers and services associated with arrangement.
Alice AThere could be a bit more professionalism. In the way of processing the rental. There was no paperwork, they wrote down a trailer number on a piece of paper and told me to go get it. THere was also a bit of a language barrier with the employee when I returned the trailer.
DON HThe person I had to deal with was not on site. It was all through a phone call. I had to pick my own equipment, and some equipment I ordered was not on site( dolly). Then I had to hook up and verify my self. Wouldn't use this place again

Edwin HBrake light was out and the location didn't have a bulb, tools, or the know-how to fix it. Time was not available to address the issue, so I had to risk driving 450 miles without an operable brake light/right turn signal.
Joel TThe truck we rented, had garbage in the back and was completely empty in the gas tank. The young man who rented us the UHaul was awesome. He was super polite and answered questions we had.

Timothy MMy experience was horrible! Picking. Up the truck was a nightmare. I received an overcharged by 300.00. And I still believe my original chats wrong. But I was told no it not by the manager but 2 customers customer service people told me that it was wrong. Then they sent me to the manager who told me there’s nothing more he could do for me. The service at the place where I picked it up was absolutely horrible. I was there for over an hour and a half he couldn’t get my phone to take pictures. He couldn’t get the other person‘s phone to take pictures. He had to put my friend who was driving the car as the person who was renting it because he couldn’t figure out how to work it it was his first time and the place is renting them. It was just horrible . Everything went wrong. I didn’t sign anything. I don’t feel comfortable. He got my insurance wrong. And nobody would fix anything. It wasn’t my fault. It was his fault and your company wouldn’t fix a single thing other than that erroneous $300 charge that they acted like it was my fault. I gotta tell you I’m not ever using your company again and I’m gonna make damn sure that everybody knows how horrible it was , including the Better Business Bureau and yelp.
