kirt GThe person who answered the phone at this location was very friendly. However, U-Haul in general was a nightmare to deal with. I reserved a truck for pickup and they tried to send me 2 hours away to another state to get it. After 1.5 hours on the phone they switched my reservation to a somewhat closer location but reserved a different size truck. They ensured me that they would change the price to reflect the price in my initial reservation. Guess what? That didn’t happen. When I tried to pick the truck up, the price was much higher than I was quoted. That triggered another 30 minutes on the phone with U-Haul, multiple phone transfers, and telling the same story time and time again, just waiting for someone to do their job. When I finished using the truck and returned it to the preselected drop off location, I thought my U-Haul odyssey was over. The confused phone call I got later that day confirmed that it was in fact not over. U-Haul customer service telling me that I needed to select a drop off location and stressing the deadline for drop off. When I explained that I had selected a drop off location more than a week beforehand and the truck was already safely parked at this drop off location, the employee seemed confused. After this rental experience, I’m baffled as to how U-Haul is the largest rental truck company since it’s seemingly run by people who don’t seem remotely interested in solving problems that they themselves created.

Bernard BWhen I made the on-line order I chose a location that opened at 8 am because I was not comfortable renting without a person there incase something was wrong. I got a confirmation, then another, then a reminder. In that process the address was changed and changed back again. So I called to confirm. Not sure why but a bit confusing

donald ttruck we reserved never showed up they had no trucks available as a replacement. Had to drive 15 miles further away from home to get a smaller truck. truck leaked and got 4 boxes wet
dave rWhile I was able to drop the trailer at a location close to my location, the process should have been easier. When I went to pick up the trailer I was told the online selected drop location was unavailable and the closest one was 40 miles away. The agent provided a number to call once I was done, which I did, but I had to create an account get a code and then follow the drop instructions. If a location is going to be available online then that should be honored.
Charles EMr Jack at the FALLSTON location was excellent in making sure the trailer was working properly and attached correctly. I came across country and had no issues what so ever. Thank you UHAUL and Mr Jack for an excellent experience and trip.

Mark MThe key drop box is hard to locate because it is behind main entryway on the side of the building. Maybe have a sign that directs people to the side.

KIMBERLY HI got ripped off. Same trailer coming up was 90.00 and taking it back was 600.00 what a rip off. I will never use U-Haul again and I'm trashing you on social media. Shame on you.

dave cThe person worked with wanted us to use your online append not be bothered by us. he filled out the application got the keys handed them to us and walked off. the truck was dirty inside and out had scratches on the back loading door. I will not use you at u haul again I have used you in the past. I was able to pay cash now I can't even do that u haul has gone down hill in there service person and business wise. we had to make two stops to get the truck and trailer we needed. the two stops were only 12 miles apart why not move one piece of equipment and save everyone time and money.
