Dropped the trailer off after hours with no problems. They already were looking it up in the system prior to us coming the next day to confirm they received the trailer.

Gregory SActual drop off location was allegedly across the street from posted address on google and on the uhaul app. Signs were posted by the local shop, however these signs were not readable from road. Attendant came out to complain that we pulled into the parking lot, at the actual address posted and complained that we didn't follow the small signs that were posted in a way you couldn't read without pulling into the lot. This location needs to update it's address in the app and post larger signs; at the least, have a little respect. Me pulling into the parking lot, at the address listed, is exactly 100% what I was asked to do.

ALEXANDER TThe lot where the Uhauls are located is across the street from the office and very dark at night when returning equipment after hours. Security lighting would be a good idea.
MARTIN WThe app wasn't working correctly, first woman I talked to said she'd text me a video on how to use the app (that wasn't working) blankets I reserved wasn't in truck, took 33 minutes on phone with support to finally get keys. Was told I would get 50 discount because of the miscommunication and delay. Never got it. Never use you again!!!
August FRidiculously expensive for such a ahort period. .79 a mile/ fees, fuel..its just all Ridiculous. Not impressed by the "only 19.95 a day" crap

brandon vThe lot was full, had to call and ask where to park the truck. The just had us park in the middle. And drop key in the box. I ask if he could help fix the mileage like the last Rep said. But he said no. He didn't come and check the truck or check it in. But it was checked in the next day.

Doug JOn May 4 I received a call from customer service saying the pick at the original location was not available. I told the customer service representative that it was frustrating since I had scheduled it so far in advance. Her response to me was that’s life. As I waited for her to find me an alternative pick up location I stressed I would not be paying to up grade to a bigger truck because this was not fault. Her response was ain’t my fault. I proceed to tell her that she did not have good customer service . She said her name was Camille. She did not represent your company well out all. Your company will suffer if you continue to have individuals with that kind of attitude work for you. In the future I will look for alternative companies for my moving needs. Brenda Carey

Rachel NWas told they do not check in trucks. Told to park in lot across street and put the keys in box located there. Called customer service when I got home. They assured me I would be fine and that they would call and have them check my truck in.

David Mit wasn't the locations fault, it was the app for uhaul and their 24 7 rental service. it wouldn't let me return the truck like at all, it made me a day late because I was unable to pick up a truck after paying guys to help me move and for the truck. it cost me a lot more than just the rental with their mess up.

FRANK DI feel the truck rental rates are fair, However a dollar a mile is a bit excessive since it does not include the fuel with a national mileage rate of .65 cents per mile.
Christopher KI ordered a dolly during ordering which was $7. Did NOT add on any extras for furniture or ANYTHING. Went and did my mobile pickup, so I wasn’t dealing with a person directly and when it was time to check out, there was an additional $20 charge for matresss pads I did NOT ORDER and it would not allow me to remove it. Opened the truck to 4 huge bags of mattress pads to which I had to pay for but never freaking used because I did NOT NEED THEM! Hence me not ordering them. 😒

Daniel HIt was across the street and I had no idea . Then it was extremely hard to get the key out of the lock I was so close to just canceling because I was so frustrated. I also wish I woulda been stated before that it takes $100 deposit and how many days it takes to get your money back . Thank you
