FRANK D.I feel the truck rental rates are fair, However a dollar a mile is a bit excessive since it does not include the fuel with a national mileage rate of .65 cents per mile.
Christopher K.I ordered a dolly during ordering which was $7. Did NOT add on any extras for furniture or ANYTHING. Went and did my mobile pickup, so I wasn't dealing with a person directly and when it was time to check out, there was an additional $20 charge for matresss pads I did NOT ORDER and it would not allow me to remove it. Opened the truck to 4 huge bags of mattress pads to which I had to pay for but never freaking used because I did NOT NEED THEM! Hence me not ordering them. 😒
