Everything was great
Darcell TThe fact that the truck had to be returned to the location where it was rented was really stupid. Moving over an hour away and had to drive it back. The point in U-Haul is to be able to drop it off at any location.
Salvatore RThis was fine for an after hours drop off . I would like to mention the difficulty I had trying to speak to a real person to answer questions about changing the drop off location. We had an emergency and needed to catch a flight, but the wait time for the U-Haul phone call was 34 minutes!! I tried the app, the 800 number, and a local number. It was a most stressful situation. I doubt I will ever rent from U-Haul again.
