Kevin gave great support; friendly and knowledge about the equipment. He made sure the lights functioned properly. Smooth pick-up and drop off. Also Kevin was open on Sunday and Memorial Day. Key for me on a short suspense rental. Ref trailer condition: Tires were almost brand new- although the 5x8 ft trailer was older; the pull-down door was a bit tough but the trailer appears to have come out of the "upper mid-west salt belt"

gregory bNot the original drop off site. I was at the original site on time after verifying they would be open the day before, but they would be closed. The trailer did not have a lift jack and it was too heavy to remove, therefore requiring going to another location which was very inconvenient. Poor design removing the lift jack so I couldn't remove it at the original site. To add insult to injury, I was charged an extra day which I an now contesting.

Kevin PYou're have to ring a Ring video doorbell and get ZERO help. They then have you call a phone number written on the building. Also get ZERO help with that option. Had to call Uhaul for help.

kim wI was never offered a toll transponder. I called the main office and was told would be my responsibility. This made my nearly $600 2 day usage rather inconvenient and stressful. I won’t be using U-Haul again.
Gerard HKevin was exceptional. He jumped through hoops to make sure we were taken care of. It was a little bit of a drive, but the equipment was available and the service was impeccable. He even delivered the truck to us due to our tight move schedule. If you have a choice, you will definitely want to work with Kevin at the Hoffman location.

Aracely RTruck was promised to be delivered to our home at 930 am, when the contract was supposed to start. It showed up at 11am (even though they started contract at 7am before making the 2 hour drive to us ), on empty, with 200 miles already on it. After some back and forth, the manager gave us a gas credit, extra miles, and extra days on the contract. We were very appreciative of the manager making it right, but we shouldn't have had to deal with such a stressful situation while in the middle of a move. I'm peeved that they called me to set up a delivery, from 2 hours away, when I could have saved myself the hassle and picked up a truck locally, as originally planned- if they hadn't called.

Bruce BTo location served it’s purpose, however the customer service was rude on the telephone. U-Haul schedule me to pick up at one location, moved that reservation to another location. We showed up at the second location at time of pick up but the store was closed and they didn’t offer 24/7 pickup, despite assurances from the rep that they did. That’s when U-Haul arranged for us to pick up from this location. This whole process delayed our move by 1.5hours and was very stressful. Would NOT recommend
