The gentleman who rented to us was very polite, respectful and helpful, the service aspect was very pleasant, however U Haul waited a full 5 days to debit our account! This put us in the negative. We will be using another company in the future if the option to pay cash is not therre.Tracy K.

Big fan of local business and the owner came in on short notice on a Sunday morning, and let us return without prior coordination on Labor Day. The trailer was pristine and he helped us hook up to our truck. I would definitely rent again from him.Richard B.

The truck and transport were 48 miles from the house. Uhaula did not bother to let us know the pick up was changed. I called multiple times trying to get the order corrected. One call in i was lied to. Tbe person said they were traffic. Yet traffic closed at 7pm and it was 9 pm. When my daughter went to pick up the truck the man was very rude and condisending. Told my daughter she could drive the truck because she was a woman. So her husband drove the truck. The got loaded amd headed to there destination. I called to make sure nothing else was chamged since I got a text message that uhaul had changed the drop off. Which yes they added more miles but no extra has for all this extra travel. They unload. Amd drop the truck off at the original drop point. My son in law took pictures of the truck and transport. Oh i forgot to mention i ordered a dolly got upgraded to a dolly the the man in hoffman nc desided he wanted them to have tbe dolly. My daughter showed him the invoice and after a battle with this rude condisending man he unhooked the dolly and hooked the transport up. So when my son in law gets to his destination at like 11pm Sunday night. He couldnt find the drop box. So i call n they said they wamted at a different address. I explained that the supervisor of traffic said it was open ended and we could drop it anywhere. My son in law grab everything out of the truck and shut tbe door. I told him just to go back in the morning since we still had time on the truck. MY son in law calls and lets me know he had locked the key in the truck on accident the night before and no one was at the store. He call uhaul. They tell him that the truck is totally insured so nreak the window and get the key because we would have to pay additional money if some came to unlock the truck. I called amd the man Niki I believe he said his mame was. Said not to worry. The truck would not be considered late since it was on the lot 2 days early and you could see the keys were in tbe truck. Now tonight I get an email stating they charged me $25 to clean a clean truck and another fee for the truck not being delivered 2.7 miles down the road after i was told on the phone that it was ok to leave it there that i had an open ended drop. I am extremely dissatisfied with Uhaul. And their associates, false peomises and information. I have reqested all tbe phone call recordings. Which it has been 3 days plus and still no copies.Tamara B.

When someone reserved equipment for pick up at a certain location. Then make sure that, that location does not get switched without the customer knowing. Make sure that location is actually open for the day they have it reserved. Provide good contact numbers for the pick up locations. Explain why the customer may have extra charges.Sarah H.

J & B Trading LLC should've followed through and personally contacted not only my husband but myself as well in regards to our move. We would've went with a closer U-Hal company closer to where we were moving to. It's sad that this company didn't follow through like they should have. When you are moving the last thing you want on your mind is to worry about a truck rental place going out of business. When going out of business they should have referred us to another U-Hal company.duane B.

u-haul has once again let me down, your dealers are for the most part great. But the company is broken, every time it comes up with a good idea like in town trucks, the idea is abandoned after a short spell. too many dealers in a small town makes it hard for you to provide equipment in a timely manner and expensive for you to maintain. I am aware that no one reads these notes so I rarely write comments. If you want us to think you are paying attention to your customers you should reply once in a while.crawford F.

The 1-800-gouhaul representative booked me for the wrong truck. needed the smallest truck and got to the location and the person there fortunately had a smaller truck to switch me to, I had asked for a dollie with straps and the location did not have one but he let me use personal dollie. I was told by representative it would be 35 or 39cent a mile but then was told at location it would be 99cent a mile so I was not very happy with 1-800 uhaul after this. The person at the location was very nice and helpful but I was not very happy with what I was told on the phone with reserving truck.LEIGH P.
When I picked the truck and contract, I noticed that there was a difference between the gas in the contract and the gas in the truck(there was lessthan 1/2 tank but contract said 1/2 tank). I asked him about it and he showed me his marking on his check-in condition sheet which showed the amount of gas I had in the truck. I was told by him that the condition sheet would be accepted as accurate. Before I checked in, I stopped and put gas in the truck to the mark on the condition sheet. Upon checking in, I was told that I would be charged $17 for not having 1/2 tank of gas. The lady called someone at UHaul explained the situation and also told him/her that there was a VERY PISSED OFF customer. He said there was nothing he could do. I told her to charge my credit card and I will dispute it with the bank. I WILL NEVER USE OR RECOMMEND UHAUL AGAIN.DON M.
