They canceled my van. I had to go to 3 different locations to get a van. Terrible experience.
Jonathan LOvercharged for fuel, an additional day and safe move coverage that I declined. Felt like I was being scammed after showing photo evidence and being told nothing could be done. Very unhappy
Michael HThe lady at the front desk was very nice, but it was inside a sketchy convenience store and was the second location I had to go to to get the cargo van I had reserved. The antenna was broken. There was trash in the front and broken glass in the back of the van. The total also ended up being like $150 more than the online reservation indicated. Oh and the check tire light was on the whole time.

JOSE RWaited over an hour at this location for them to give me the keys. I did everything over the phone they just had to give me the keys.
Arturo CI rented a van for 3 days and paid $181.xx in advance. On the second day I began getting notifications from my bank that Family Market was trying to charge me another $209. I drove to the Family Market and learned that a clerk was trying to charge me for someone else's transaction. They did make arrangements to fix it. After I returned the van the next day, I owed $11.53 for mileage. I was not willing to unlock my card since I did not trust them after they tried to charge $209 that I did not owe. So I offered to pay with a different card, but they would not take payment. So I called the 800 Uhaul and asked if I owed money. Phone clerk said no. Now I am getting notifications that I do owe it. I am happy to pay the $11.53, but need to pay with a different card. Please allow me to pay what I owe. I will never go to this location again.
SANDRA CThe lady that works at this location is rude and I did not like her customer service at all. They over charged me on purpose I brought the truck back on time she kept telling me that the mikes wasn’t right did I touch the miles how in the hell could I tamper with the mikes on a uhual truck it’s insane and she barely speak English she was rude and I will never rent from there ever again and I won’t recommend nobody ever
LASHARIN NWe found roaches when we opened the door at our destination of loading after picking up the van. We were too far to turn around and get another one. Once dropping off our items we had to leave them out to avoid any of the roaches entering our home. This could’ve been avoided if fumigation occurs after every rental just to be safe.
katherine cThe only issue I had was the mobile app it was more of an issue and waste of time. The person I had to chat with was less than helpful. The employee at the location was extremely friendly and efficient he was able to complete the process within 5 minutes after dealing with the app & chat for almost 30 minutes.
