next time you should be certain that the fuel markings on the vehicle matches the reported out, since I was unfamiliar with the gauge display I saw only 5 to 6 segments light up where I thought to be the reported 7/8th of full tank but I drove just 24 miles and ended up filling back almost 14 gallons to get the van back to the ACTUAL 7/8ths of a full tank, when I said that to the location manager his only comment was "well luck for the next customer that will get the car at actually 7/8ths!!!!! So even that the van was literally brand new I would not recommend this location nor U-Haul to any friends, I ended up paying what more than if I rented from Home Depot!

They did not speak English at all. Could not communicate with them. They made me redo things I already did online. I don’t know if they stole any of my identity or credit information or not. They did not walk the vehicle and note the damage I had to go back into the store and have them come out to show them. When returning they charged for a fuel charge and the garage clearly showed past full and didn’t know hai to refund my money and told me to deal with UHaul customer service. Did not print me a receipt on return they told me to call customer service to retrieve. A total cluster. This was a mess and a very poor vendor representing UHails name.

Michael HThe lady at the front desk was very nice, but it was inside a sketchy convenience store and was the second location I had to go to to get the cargo van I had reserved. The antenna was broken. There was trash in the front and broken glass in the back of the van. The total also ended up being like $150 more than the online reservation indicated. Oh and the check tire light was on the whole time.
