This location is advertised as 24/7 And it is not My U-Haul customer care person tried to find me another drop off location or another way to leave the truck We were on the phone for an hour trying to figure a way for me to leave truck and not have to make a return trip
Jennifer LThe truck was blocked in by another truck. I had to find someone to give me the key to the truck that was blocking my truck. That took about 30 minutes because the person in the store did not speak English and there was no one else there. Also, the combination lock on the back of the truck did not work. The app gave me the wrong combination. It took an additional 45 minutes for Someone to track down the right combination. Again, there was no one at the location to assist so we had to do it over the phone. Thankfully, someone was finally able to track down the past combination for the lock and it did work. All told, I was delayed about an hour and 15 minutes it was not a very good experience. If you are going to have remote locations that you can only access the equipment by the app, the equipment should not be blocked in and the lock combination provided by the app should work. Again, it was not a good experience and I don't know that I will ever rent Where there is not on site support.

johnathan hI didn’t receive any confirmation on the pick and drop off. They didn’t seem to know anything about the rentals and nothing was given to confirm my drop off .
Edith GThere wasn’t anyone available to troubleshoot the problem I had with the vehicle. There was a padlock placed on the back of the vehicle which made it inaccessible. I was told to drive the vehicle to another facility to have it removed. This day in particular I was on a time schedule and it was very inconvenient for me.
