Location did not verify the state of the truck. There was a big body of water in the truck bed as well as missing equipment that we added on our reservation when we brought up these issues to the location nothing was done. We were just told to call customer service. We were very unsatisfied and had to get rid of the water ourselves due to the time loss during this whole situation.

Jose BNot one person to speak ONE word in English. No one knows about U-Haul rental. Would not recommend to my enemies. At least they could have some instruction in English. I strongly suggest closing it prior to facing with more issues.
REZA NAbsolute poor experience I had, U-Haul really needs to check who the f they hire. My partner and I were trying to return a rental truck FOR THE FIRST TIME FYI and the 3rd party locked my partner and i in despite pleading with them that we were trying to return the rental. Cops had to be called because they were being aggressive and the owner/owner's hsband even hit our car with chains
