kenneth kI needed one of the flatbed trailers with the tailgate ramp. However, there was only one and that one was already rented. The only other trailer with a ramp turned out to be not wide enough for my needs. I'm not sure how often it gets rented but maybe having more than one may help. Other than that, everything and everyone was great.
Jerome MThe location and service was great. The gentleman helped me determine what equipment i would need for the job. I did have to level up my truck and price because the website had my original reservation listed with a loading ramp. The website also made me select or refuse many services and protections, making the process annoying. I refused all the protections only for the site to have it included in my cart anyway. That is of no fault of the service provider, I knew to watch out for it because of a recent experience with the Uhaul online order process at another location- the website for Uhaul makes these places look bad and they should fix it.
Jane KWade was fantastic!!! We had to rent a dolly last minute and Wade was very helpful and very polite. When we picked up our dolly he explained how everything worked(it was our first time using a dolly). In the future that’s where I will go for any UHaul rental. There is a UHaul closer to my home but I will drive the 25 minutes to Wade’s location much better professional service.

john rThere was donut glaze or something like it melted all over the top fo the rectangle on the dash board. Sand all over the floor of the cab. There was a dirty sweatshirt and jacket left in it.

barry sF&G is a small, local location. It has been very convenient for moving furniture from my sister's estate. Owner is easy to work with and accommodates off-hour pickups since I've been coming to area from out of town. This time, the truck had loose steering and no cruise control.
Jane CThe facility is dumpy and the office had an off-putting odor, however, the man in the office was helpful and able to rectify the rental amount instead of us having to pay twice for an over-sized truck that we didn't request or need. We selected a 15' truck, received a call from Uhaul a couple of days prior informing us that a 20' truck was at the facility. When we got there, only a 26' truck was on the lot. The truck was new and clean, however, it had less than a quarter tank of gas in it. I've never picked up a Uhaul truck without a full tank, so it was a disappointment. We had to put $125 in gas before making our trip. I normally don't like to make negative comments because I've always had positive experiences with other Uhaul facilities. I won't use this location in the future.

kathy sThis office area is one big trash location inside where customers have to wait and the back of the house. The gas throttle pedal sticks. Windshield wipers need to be replaced. Suggestion-have step up plates for driver n passenger sides

matthew bAlthough this truck wasn't due back until Wed., June 14, 2023 at noon, it was returned early on June 12, 2023 at 5:30 PM at this location. The key was turned in at the same time. Please email me a copy of the early turn-in refund rate which the U-Haul rep told me on the phone on June 11 would be coming if early return of the truck happens which it did. My credit card was charged the full amount.
Mary BEverything was just fine for what I rented. I got everything set up before I arrived. It only took a couple of minutes to go through the rental process, get me hooked up and get me on my way. No issues with the trailer. The only thing I might comment on is that I was looking for one of the bigger open trailers with the ramp (6' x 10') and was told that the 5' x 9' was going to be the largest one I would find in the area. I don't know if there would be a need for the larger one. I know I was looking for it.

richard bI rented a 26ft. truck with 67,000 miles on it it felt like the front end was going to fall off. We picked some furniture up it Pennsylvania with a round trip of 560 miles and I should of wore a mouth piece. Not a good experience for 700.00 dollars.😕 I even dropped the truck off half a day early. I thought I would of gotten a price break for the horrible driver. Nope!!

John CI needed a van to get my family and our gear back to New York after hitting a deer in Virginia and totaling my Van. The gentleman in this franchise was pleasant and nice. There was a van on the premises but he said that was for local runs only. When I got back to New York there was a van from Colorado in the parking lot. So much for local runs. There was also virtually no gas in the truck that I was given. He did note that on my receipt, thankfully, but I have rented vehicles before and received them with a full tank of gas and always returned them with a full tank of gas. I had to return this truck with more gas then I started with and they wanted to charge me when I returned it.
charlie cNo refunds for dropping off the vehicle with more then a 1/2 tank of gas. No!
Adrienne OI seem to recall a last-minute msg from UHaul about changing the pickup location. If so, it was a needless annoyance and stress-raiser.
