I had initially reserved a 5x8 trailer at a location 1 mile from my house. U haul unilaterally changed that location to a center approx 20 miles from my house. Then, the night before the rental, uhaul changed the pickup location to a center 40 miles away from my house, and I was charged more because the trailer they *said* they had wasn't available. All in all, I was able to complete the move, but I had to drive 150+ extra miles because of UHauls poor inventory management. (39 miles to get trailer, 39 miles back to load it, then once the move was finished an additional 39 miles to drop the trailer off, and then 39 more miles back home).
