Beware one-way rentals from U-Haul. The message "A local U-Haul representative will call you by [time and date] to get agreement on and schedule available time, equipment and location" is used by U-Haul to mean "Maybe we'll have a truck for you, maybe we won't." They'll take your booking and you'll assume that everything is set, then 24 hours before the scheduled pickup they may tell you "We don't have any designated one-way trucks." I will not use UHaul for a one-way rental every again.
LANCE R.Was not given a drop off time so I assumed drop off was just before closing on the date given. If drop off needs to be at a certain time put it in the email.

JONATHAN Z.It's out of the way and there is no one actual person to ask for help. The online sign in was difficult to understand same with drop off. Also it can be hard to do the online sign in and drop off when the cell signal changes constantly making your data drop while trying to pick up and drop off.

It was changed last minute to Hamilton road, then when I arrived found out there was no ride share available there...after 30 min on the phone they sent me to the commercial Cres location. It went smoothly after that, but all in took me over 2 hours just to pick up the truck on the opposite end of town from where I reserved it. Was not happy. Truck was nice tho.
