John V.Confusing signage on where to park since containers and other businesses on lot. Returned on a snow day and the lot has not been cleared or salted. Got truck stuck in snow and was lucky to receive help from nearby neighbour. Spoke to staff on phone but were not present at location.
Nils D.I was told I was going to be able to drop the utility trailer off at a location 15 minutes away from my destination, but ended up having to take it to Niagara Falls, which was an hour away and back.
Duane W.I would have liked to speak to someone in person. The truck was not wiped down after the last person used it, I was forced to purchase wipes to clean the steering wheel and dash.
