Best uhaul service at 601 doon villagr rd

When I returned the truck to this location, the staff refused to accept my key, stating that the plaza only allows two U-Haul trucks and that parking there would result in a ticket. However, this should not be my responsibility as a customer—I followed all return instructions as provided. Instead, I had to waste nearly an hour resolving this unnecessary issue. This drop-off location is poorly managed and needs better coordination to ensure a smoother return process.

I was told that the fuel tank is full, the needle was actually at the full indication. I drove just 12 kms and took the truck to fill it to full tank, pumped in almost 10 liters. The previous person must not have filled it up or something is not right. I ended up wasting 10 dollars from my pocket.

I received my truck 20 minutes late and on top of that the return was also processed late by the location. I was charged twice for no reason, to be honest i wouldn’t recommend u-haul itself to any of my friends.

Check engine light illuminated 3 minutes after picking up vehicle, some sort of grade descent braking error message came on dashboard, transmission not shifting properly. Absolutely horrible driving experience, panicked the whole time thinking the truck was going to break down on the side of the road. Couldn’t even take the highway because of these issues. And when dropping off the vehicle and expressing the issues experienced with the vehicle was not even acknowledged or offered any sort of apology or compensation.
