When I returned the truck to this location, the staff refused to accept my key, stating that the plaza only allows two U-Haul trucks and that parking there would result in a ticket. However, this should not be my responsibility as a customer—I followed all return instructions as provided. Instead, I had to waste nearly an hour resolving this unnecessary issue. This drop-off location is poorly managed and needs better coordination to ensure a smoother return process.
Yukun LI was told that the fuel tank is full, the needle was actually at the full indication. I drove just 12 kms and took the truck to fill it to full tank, pumped in almost 10 liters. The previous person must not have filled it up or something is not right. I ended up wasting 10 dollars from my pocket.
