PARMPREET SWhen I returned the truck to this location, the staff refused to accept my key, stating that the plaza only allows two U-Haul trucks and that parking there would result in a ticket. However, this should not be my responsibility as a customer—I followed all return instructions as provided. Instead, I had to waste nearly an hour resolving this unnecessary issue. This drop-off location is poorly managed and needs better coordination to ensure a smoother return process.
