It took more than half hour to process the initial contract when I got there to puck up the truck. The dolly I booked wasn’t available. The gas level on truck was lower than reported on the contract.

HEM RIndividual charged be for an extra day of service even though I returned the equipment within the hour that it was due back. He was able to rent out the vehicle to the customer right away upon my return.
