The customer service from the store was very good and helpful, but I feel like quality assurance is lacking. We drove a total of 65km but were charged for 195km. Will be recommending that NO ONE, use U-Haul. Honestly, I’m furious.
Curtis WYou should train employees more thoroughly so they have more knowledge about renting equipment. I was there over an hour trying to rent a van.. I’m still owed $13 dollars that was supposed to be refunded to my Mastercard.. . Joe

Lorie LGas was not full so wasn’t sure how much too put in. I did put more gas than what was in it. Windshield washer fluid was empty. The gas should always be full regardless. I’m not sure if I will rent again.
William PI feel like I was over charged for mileage. But I didn’t take a picture when I dropped off. I will rent from them again, the service is really good..but I will definitely be taking more pictures.

Darren BManager/owner not informative on the phone, did not assist staff and hung up on them when asking for help, did not contact when I had questions about my bill. Website and store access was dlow/poor. Multiple attempts made to rent failed, and lots of hidden fees. Not a good experience at all. Vehicle was as needed.
Ashley MThe clerk did not have the kilometers right, Did not have the gas matching on their paperwork. Therefore I was charged for going over a hundred fifty kilometers when I did not. I have pictures as proof, Yet you hall is still trying to get extra payment from me. I've contacted the location, I've left a message with the district manager... And yet no response, But still trying to go through on my credit card
Christine MTook forever to rent it. When I got it the fuel was put a bit higher than it really was & when I dropped off they put it a bit lower than it was & charged me extra for gas. Also it took them overnight to check me out.
Kelley HThe Uhaul website was very problematic. It made the pick up process very painful. I took an hour to pick up my rental! The main issue was the site kicking me out when trying to upload photos of my driver's license.
Michael MDealer was pleasant but the information was not really clear I had to ask a number of times the same questions as well he took a 237.00 hold on cc even after I told him it was suppose to be 100.00. Also had a employee of Uhaul with me at the time and he still held this amount. Not happy as it was quite a bit of deposit that i was not expecting.

RICHARD Kstill waiting on getting my money back on dropping off truck with more gas than I left with… was charged 20 miles more than was on my receipt I have picture proof…. I am not happy
