You should train employees more thoroughly so they have more knowledge about renting equipment. I was there over an hour trying to rent a van.. I’m still owed $13 dollars that was supposed to be refunded to my Mastercard.. . Joe

Great service
Lorie LGas was not full so wasn’t sure how much too put in. I did put more gas than what was in it. Windshield washer fluid was empty. The gas should always be full regardless. I’m not sure if I will rent again.
William PI feel like I was over charged for mileage. But I didn’t take a picture when I dropped off. I will rent from them again, the service is really good..but I will definitely be taking more pictures.
