The Uhaul website was very problematic. It made the pick up process very painful. I took an hour to pick up my rental! The main issue was the site kicking me out when trying to upload photos of my driver's license.

Dealer was pleasant but the information was not really clear I had to ask a number of times the same questions as well he took a 237.00 hold on cc even after I told him it was suppose to be 100.00. Also had a employee of Uhaul with me at the time and he still held this amount. Not happy as it was quite a bit of deposit that i was not expecting.
