The original place I was supposed to drop off my rental was called Jerry’s market. This was basically a liquor store who also does U-haul rentals and in short, was not at all a place I would recommend to anyone dropping off a vehicle let alone renting one from! Besides the questionable environment, the employee did not know at all what he was doing. In fairness, he was just the clerk for the store. He then recommended that I take it to another location because he was having a hard time pulling up my account on his cell phone. When I went to the other location, I was informed I couldn’t drop it off there without being charged unless I called customer service and had the location officially changed on my account. At this point, I was luckily able to reach a U-Haul representative named Victoria and she was very helpful! Her not feeling comfortable sending me back to Jerry’s market again for the drop off, chose instead to send me to yet another location where I was finally able to drop off my vehicle. She was very apologetic and for my inconvenience she added a few extra miles to my rental so I wouldn’t be charged.

I moved from Tucson to Bellingham Washington and had trailer rented weeks in advance. Drive 30 Minutes from our rental house on Monday and they could not rent to me the trailer because the Computers were down. Using the app chat and calling the rental place in confirmed The trailer would be there after work and I was good to go. Drive 30 minutes to rental place and they had no trailer for me. It was “ just not there “. On Wednesday I drove 30 minutes again and was able to get the trailer. Terrible . I would like the $50 from your guarantee, please.
