AMANPREET S"Agent" was courteous, but didn't assist with connection of trailer connection to my tow Hitch. Make sure my lighting connections worked, etc. I have experience with trailering, thick about others who may not. Other businesses in area have provided much better customer service. Not just have a couple rental units and prioritize fueling and convenience store customers.
