I arrived onsite and the young woman behind the counter was trying to receive a returned U-Haul truck and didn't know what to do. The young women that rented the truck were just as clueless and I had to wait until the location Manager who lives nearby came to help me with my rental pickup. The pickup was long and confusing and when I returned the truck to the location I had picked, I was informed I had returned the truck to the wrong location. I had rented two previous trucks from another U-Haul location without incident, and I was completely blown away how my rental was supposed to be returned to Colfax, WI. I don't even know where that is in WI. During the checkout process I asked if we could move the checkout time since I picked up the truck two hours late (an hour sitting there) and the mileage wasn't enough to go back to Faribault, MN, drive to new Coon Rapids home, and then return the truck nearby location 3400 Coon Rapids Blvd, Coon Rapids, MN (agreement had 70 miles). When I rented in two trucks in Faribault, MN I was given 78 miles one way. I would never pick up or return a U-Haul truck to this location, and the only consolation is that the trailer rental from this location went a lot better and quicker than the truck checkout process.
