Dirty truck, snacks left in the cabin, didn't have the reserved equipment, lacked knowledge on the process, as the customer i was asked to fill in information. No instructions or receipt and added an unauthorized charge for insurance. Just took my payment and handed me the keys. Nice guy but, doesn't represent Uhaul very well. Dont recommend this location.

Jim WThe U-Haul computer was down so my truck couldn’t be checked in the usual way. This wasn’t the fault of this location and the employee here was very helpful and kept manual records for when the computer could be accessed again.
Kris DI was told by the website I would be paying $52 when I picked up truck and when I get there I end up paying $124! Never using them again
