The tech kept trying to tell us if we didn’t bring the truck back to his location it would be double the price. We were moving from Casa Grande to Phoenix and wanted to leave the truck in Phoenix. I had already set it up that way but he was being very persistent on us driving it back to Cass Grande after the move.

Nobody showed up to assist with hook up called phone number listed on door. Person was 45 min away. Had no attempt to be there for pick up time. Had to fix lights at a truck stop took about 30 min to find problem. Would not recommend Fast lane at all!!

Hardly any signage to show they had uhaul, looked deserted. Nobody around on a weekday middle of the day.

We visited a different site and signed up for our truck all prepared then we received a call from corporate that it wasn’t going to be there but at the Walnut Street address we got to the Walnut Street address and the proprietor was not there it took him a half an hour to get there. He was not full of information. In fact was giving us false information telling us you can just take it up to Peoria and drop it off anywhere there is a U-Haul. We received a call from corporate telling us a drop off location. We took it there. They didn’t wanna take it because they were not informed that they needed to take it. They wanted us to drive another 10 miles we said no finally they came back and somehow magically said they could take it. I was charged an extra $19 on turning over the estimated mileage. I thought I rented a truck on a flat charge for 24 hour rental with unlimited miles. I knew that I would need to put gas back in the truck, but no one mentioned that they would charge me extra at drop off. This is certainly not the U-Haul. I’ve been familiar with over my past 40 years.

The guy I dropped off with was somewhat nice but didn't say much other than there will be a charge to clean it. Not impressed with this operation uhaul... I will forever no longer use Uhaul nor will I ever tell friends to use Uhaul!! You all are shady and charge for every tiny little thing possible!! But yes when you do something wrong, we the customers take the hit. I'm done.

There was no one there even though they were open. Had to call someone to ask where to leave the truck. We also filled the tank to where it showed at on the picture but was 3 gallons off which not sure how u can tell and get charged $5 a gallon for the 3 missing. Got no call just a receipt of the charge. Not very good customer service.

Went to the location at 4:50p for the 5pm pickup. The guy at the office was not there for me to get the keys. I had to call and he arrived 20 minutes later. He was arguing with another customer on the phone while trying to get me keys for my pickup. He couldn’t find the keys to the u haul and handed be the wrong ones. He looked lost and suspicious of me getting the uhaul. He finally found them still inside the lockbox from previous drop off and trying 10 different keys to open it. I finally was able to leave around 5:40pm, 40 minutes past my pickup time. Since I waited this time I could not finish the truck checklist on my phone since I got an error code and was logged off. The uhaul was not clean as expected I had to clean the windshield, which also had damage from a small crack. At the end of the night I filled up $20 to exactly where the gas was and returned the uhaul exactly 4 hours later from my late pickup of 5:38. Now for some reason I wake up to another $35.29 charge from this shady unprofessional company Lane Motor which I now must dispute

The representative was helpful enough, but the location is quite seedy. We requested drop off at the location less than 1/2 mile from our home. We didn't get ANY indication that UHaul had changed our drop off location to a town over 40 miles away . we didn't get that information until we were loaded & on our way home via text. No mention of the change in drop off point. We would have done our rental differently if that information had been disclosed BEFORE we were loaded & on the way home. Bait & switch.

He told me to give him $100 cash I did and I can’t get my change back. No one has been at this location since I returned the truck. I want someone to contact me who has authority I am requesting a full refund this with the worst experience ever and continues to be. I will be homeless as of tomorrow and I need my money back at least what is owed to me. Spoke with his supervisor who’s on his honeymoon several days ago and still nothing.
