The tech kept trying to tell us if we didn’t bring the truck back to his location it would be double the price. We were moving from Casa Grande to Phoenix and wanted to leave the truck in Phoenix. I had already set it up that way but he was being very persistent on us driving it back to Cass Grande after the move.

JOSE CNobody showed up to assist with hook up called phone number listed on door. Person was 45 min away. Had no attempt to be there for pick up time. Had to fix lights at a truck stop took about 30 min to find problem. Would not recommend Fast lane at all!!
MICHAEL CHardly any signage to show they had uhaul, looked deserted. Nobody around on a weekday middle of the day.
