Michael DClerk didn't say he was going charge me a arm an a leg for not getting it back on time,he said if you need it longer just keep it and that it would be 30 a day 75 cent a mile now he charging my card 1500.would like details on that because he took 30 a day out every day and every 3 or 4 days took 120 I guess for miles,the last charge was 320.then called me and said he going report it stolen.he told me bring back when done.I brought it back next day and knew I owed some money because I did put 650 miles on it but he was taken money out the whole time I had truck.i brought it back but first I put the gas tank back were it was and detailed the inside and rinse out the back and power washed the truck and tools.were this 1500 charge come from I will never know because it didn't come with a sheet explaining anything just a 1500 bill.
melissa sThe uhaul was dirty in the inside and I had to clean it out. I also had to drive, 40 minutes away from where I live to pick it up. The only nice thing about the uhaul was that I didn’t have to drop it off at this location again.
Abigail BThe gas station attendant had no clue or concept of how Uhaul worked. She kept telling me, "My husband is the one that does Uhaul and he is not here." They were absolutely no help. The process needed in order to get the access code to the key lock box was not made aware to us in advance and took an additional 45 minutes to complete once we arrived. This put us behind schedule.
Christopher REmployee was rude, doesn’t speak English very well, turned in wrong information on rental truck causing an overcharge, doesn’t answer the phone, when she does, gets mad and hangs up before you can explain! Customer service was excellent over the phone, overcharge was returned, I will recommend Uhaul, and will use again!
Charlie BAgent at pickup location did not put correct dropoff location even though I told him the original dropoff location when he asked me.
John RYes I called the 800 number I was told a total of $129. Then when I got my receipt it come up to $197 ridiculous. And it was 3/4 of a tank of gas I filled it back up to a full tank of gas lost my ass on that too. But I do feel I should have some kind of refund of little this is ridiculous it wasn't gone no more than four or five hours

JOHN BThe person didn't speak English well enough to work out we didn't want to do the online check-in. On top of that he changed our return location to one with no after hours return.

Brooks Bmy drop off date and time is 6/21/21 at 10 AM I returned the trailer at 9:34 AM U haul charged my card for another day because the drop off location did not input the drop off information until after 12 NOON. Called the 800# got put on hold for 45 minutes no one ever picked up the phone.
ESTRELLA SA gas station with minimal Uhaul signs, drug paraphernalia, and slot machines. Will avoid this facility in all going forward.

willie tWhen I checked in the clerk did not review the truck, gas or mileage and by the time I got home had an extra charge for fuel that was absolutely not warranted. This is wrong!!
