SHANTELL MNot the best location to pick-up a U-Haul, did not feel safe at all.
CRAIG BIt too us like 30 minutes to initially check out the uhaul even tho we had it set up as the mobile option and had it all set up online for mobile checkin. Basically went through the check in process and the only option was to call a number, we called held for a few minutes, just to be told to go in which seems like the app should've just said, then the guy filled out forms for 30 minutes. But then the uhaul would still be due at 9am even though we didn't get it until 930 despite being early to pick it up

LISSETTE CThe 15' truck I rented had a problem with the passenger outside mirror would not adjust . The entire right side was invisible to see traffic conditions. In addition the front tires were out of balance and vibrated at 50 mph and above. There is a problem with the front end, in that it swayed back and forth at speed and vibrated violently over even minor bumps in the road felt in the steering wheel. Possibly a worn idler arm or more. There were no furniture blankets supplied. Truck odometer read 100,000 miles or above.
Jim GThe service was great to be honest, but the truck was pretty dirty and well used, as it looked like it has been in service for over a decade with missing parts (door handle, window handle) etc.
David BWas charged by mile at time of pickup and also they added in the insurance coverage without asking me. Then they charged my card again at the time of drop off. Shady people.

Dwayne JThis location is in a dilapidated strip mall. The windows have security bars. It’s hard to deem this environment “inviting.” I had difficulty checking the truck in via the app so I went inside to talk to a cashier, who seemed uninterested. This prompted me to contact U-Haul via text in the app, which I’m assuming you have a record of.

Devin HThe truck was not convenient to drive long distance. The engine noise was so loud and truck was a pain to drive. I had to put an earplug throughout the drive. If I have other option, I would not rent this kind of truck.
sochanngam sDidn’t look through the return and then charged me for gas although it was returned with more than when received. Because of this I had to spend more time to get refunded from this fraud which is unacceptable.

Dean MAttendant refused to do a walk through to verify gas level, swept, blankets folded, and appliance dolly in truck. Was too busy chatting with friends. Just took the keys and sent me on my way.
Jeffrey GThe truck smelled of cigarette smoke. In addition, I was furious when I accidentally left 4 brand new cushions in the truck. When I realized I had left them, I returned 30 minutes later to claim them. They were thrown in the dumpster AND I was charged a $25 "cleaning fee". I couldn't believe they didn't try and call me (they had my cell phone number) as you could tell they were new. In addition, a $25 cleaning fee for throwing 4 cushions in the dumpster...Seriously! They did not want to talk to me about the charge and told me there was nothing they could do. Definitely not customer service oriented in my opinion!

James GOur initial pickup location did not have the truck reserved. When we called UHaul to complain they found a location a couple of miles away to pick up the truck. The initial location the individual was rude and didnt care.
