We were charged an extra day even though we returned the trailer on time. The clerk in the store seemed to have no idea how to process a return or even where to direct us where to park the trailer. We finally found another worker in the crowded parking lot who pointed us where to park but still did not give any more information on how to complete the return.


Parking area poorly maintained for winter weather. The parking lot was ice covered and treacherous at pick up and unchanged 11 hours later at drop off. The Uhaul was unable to maintain traction for adequate and safe parking so the keys were returned directly to the Fast Stop owners who were completely unapologetic offering only “ok” as a response to my safety concerns. Additionally, the tire treads on the truck were significantly worn.

Everytime we have gone into this location to return or pickup a rental vehicle this place is always so clean and its a Blessing to know that this establishment is well taken care.

Cargo van was not available at 10AM as scheduled. Van had not been cleared of dirt and trash from previous rental. Trash bags, soda bottles, cardboard, mud. Windows dirty, seats covered with dog hair and smelled of cigarettes. Pickup was not contactless. Had to go inside store to complete. When vehicle was returned and comment made to personnel about condition of vehicle nothing said or done or offered. I took time to wipe down surfaces of dash etc with wipes as obviously truck not cleaned/sanitized following any COVID 19 practices. Had I not had an appointment and multiple arrangements made for yesterday I would have refused to accept the vehicle.


I made a reservation for a pickup truck at noon. Got there at noon and there was no pick up truck. The person work was just about no help in making the situation better or right. Reservation: 20895301

Nothing in regards to this location... but i did have a rental from a DIFFERENT location that had some issues, and rhe manager there was suppose to have done certain things, took a coiple of attempts to get that somehwhat resolved... and there was suppose to have been a refund that has yet to be issued


Almost 100% convinced gas gauge in truck is faulty. Or else vendor is dishonest. Rented truck FULL. Drove it 8.1 miles. When checked in they said truck was only 7/8 full...they filled for me and it took over 8 gallons of gas. Unless truck only gets 1 mile/gallon, either vendor dishonest or truck gas gauge off.

My app told me that there would be a lock box with a key in the back of the truck and there was not one. I had to contact UHaul directly and they had to contact the manager of the location only to find out that the cashier at the gas station had my key. Everything on the truck was unlocked when I arrived which I don't think is a good idea.

Customer service was great, very friendly. However when I picked up my truck it was filthy, I had to mop before I could load, smelled bad. I understand busy turn around so I did not complain, I now know to check the cargo area before leaving. However I would recommend them Due to excellent customer service, very friendly.

The original vehicle was supposed to be available and it wasn't. I waited an extra 25 mins and it still wasn't available. Had to rent a larger vehicle instead. Then, the vehicle I did rent had a problem with the driver door sensor so it was beeping the entire time I had it because the computer thought the door wasn't closed. Terrible experience and I'm still waiting on my $50 for the vehicle not being available.

Due to the Covid crisis we wiped down the surfaces in the truck cab before using it. It was filthy. We used over a dozen clorox wipes that were black with the grime from the seats, dash, and doors. During a pandemic, or perhaps anytime, U-Haul should have policies requiring your many dealers to clean more than just sweeping out the back of the truck. Service was good.

The pickup and drop off experience couldn't be better. The app for pick up and the process of getting the key was easy and seamless. Drop off was even easier. The person who greeted me (in the parking lot, before I came in to let them know I was there!) was among the friendliest, most helpful customer service representatives with whom I've ever dealt. He was great.


Nothing much that this specific location could do personally, I think. I described the disastrous moving experience with the apartment we were trying to move into to the check-in individual who gave me a number to the regional manager. They were able to help us out with extending our lease time on the truck/vehicle dolley at no additional expense due to circumstances beyond our control, allowing us an extra day to return the vehicle/dolley.
