My original reservation was with the Parham rd. location, but due to equipment failure I was sent to a 2nd location. This was a bit inconvenient, and cost me valuable time. I would hope that you will check your equipment more carefully in the future. I do appreciate your ability to find me another trailer quickly, and relatively close by.Charles C.

After getting the Uhaul to my moving location, the movers discovered a chair and table in the back of the Uhaul left by the previous person who rented it. Now I have to pay someone to take someone else's trash to the dump. Does Uhaul not check the back of trucks after they are dropped off from renting them? Also, the truck was completely empty on fuel. I had to go straight to the gas station after picking up the Uhaul and put $100 just to get a half tank.Betty W.

The online service we attempted to use in the Hayes,VA. area failed to keep on track so we stopped trying over and over. It wasn't retaining info,and saying we weren't on location,so we called the Asland location to confirm they had a truck and could provide the transaction. The owner of the store got real ignorant when he called me about my truck on his lot. My truck broke down and the guy that was in the store at night said I could leave it there and I told him that a tow truck will be picking it up in the morning which is today and the owner called me and I tried to explain to him that the guy gave me permission to leave the truck there he and said a few curse words to and didn't want to hear what I had to say.KEVIN E.

The drive train had a bad vibration and wouldn't go into high gear until I let off the gas and let it coast of awhile. It made that all that counts.ROBERTWOODARD S.
The uhaul had paper in the back everywhere. The drop off is so far from where I live. I called the guy working there if the drop off is the same as pick up and it wasnt turns out I could have traved 5miles instead of 44mil to drop off.lorenzo K.

My truck was gross and had dog poop and trash all in the back. Which delayed my loading the truck due to cleaning it first. And when I returned my truck they said I would receive a new total which didn't happen because there wasn't anyone there when I returned my truck.Gabriel L.

I called the 1-800 customer service number and requested assistance with receiving credit for mileage approximately 60-80 that I travelled as a result of the original location not having the equipment. Their computer kept giving them an error message. My husband had to get somebody on the phone and we had to have them call the regional office to get things straightened out. It took us an hour to get the truck.Anthony C.
I hooked up the first trailer by myself in the rain, then when checking the lights realized the trailer wiring harness was missing a prong and I had no turn signal. So I went back in and was advised to try a different trailer so I unhooked the first and hooked up 2nd. As I'm checking everything I realize the door does not latch on the second trailer and I can't risk having my stuff get stolen or loose on the interstate, so I end up unhooking and hooking up a 3rd trailer- all of this in the rain, with no help.Chad R.
